Deposits
Part of our booking process requires a 30euro deposit to secure bookings. The deposit is deducted from your total bill on the day of your appointment.
Should you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice before the appointment time.
In that case if you are rescheduling your appointment your deposit will be moved to the new appointment, if you are cancelling you will get a refund.
It will only be forfeited by you should you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, or fail to show up.
Booking is not secured or guaranteed unless the deposit is paid for the appointment
This is a policy we have had to put in place to protect us as we have had a series of late rescheduling and late cancellations. It simply to protect us as a small business.
Patch testing
Based on insurance and our colour company guidelines it is our policy to patch test every client if they have never had colour done with us. If it has been longer than 6 months since we coloured your hair we will have to re patch test. There are no exceptions to this policy
Less cash business.
For security reasons we prefer not to carry cash on the premises. You can pay cash for your service, however we do not carry a float so we will be able to accept the exact amount in cash or you can split payments, some cash some card. We will not be able to furnish you with change as we will not be holding cash in the salon. This is for the security of our team and clients. Thank you for understanding.
Student discounts
As of June 1st 2024 you can avail of a student discount on colour on Tuesdays with selected junior stylists, Emily, Kaz and Ella. You can save 20% off all colour services. To avail of the offer you must present an in date student card to the salon. Student discounts are not valid with senior members of the team or on cuts and blowdry services. Student discounts are not valid in December due to higher demand on services.
